Unlimited Car Washes

You may ask to cancel on any of the 30 days between charges and prior to the coming charge and it will allow you to finish the remaining days left that are paid for. There are three ways to cancel your Unlimited Wash Club plan. You can click on the "Cancellation Request" tab above and fill out and submit the form or call us, up to 5 pm the day before the next charge date. Otherwise, if you wish to cancel in person, you can do so on location anytime during business hours before your next recharge date.

The Unlimited Car Wash Plan is a no contract program.
Diamond Shine Express Car Wash will charge to the authorized guest's credit card account at time of purchase each month at a recurring rate until it is cancelled through our website, the app or at the place of purchase.
The Unlimited Car Wash Plan is for residential use only. It is not valid for commercial vehicles, taxi's, Uber, Lyft, or any rideshare vehicles.
Diamond Shine Express Car Wash reserves the right to cancel membership or transfer any vehicle to the Fleet Plan if the vehicle has been identified as a commercial vehicle.
There are no statements issued to the customer when the Diamond Shine Express Car Wash payment bills each month.
Diamond Shine Express Car Wash reserves the right to cancel the Unlimited Car Wash Plan at any time for any reason.
Diamond Shine Express Car Wash reserves the right to cancel a guests Unlimited Car Wash Plan membership if the monthly charge is declined by the card processing system.
Monthly rates may be increased, with notice posted at the place of purchase at least 30 days in advance.
Any Unlimited Car Wash Plan payments shall be payable and are non-refundable regardless of use.
Cancellations in person, at the place of purchase, can be done anytime during business hours before the next charge date. Cancellations through the website or over the phone must be done no later than 5 pm the day before the next charge date.
